Our Ground Floor Rooms
Room1: The King or Twin
Big size room with a king size bed which can be converted into twin size beds for those who prefer to share a room but sleep in separate beds. Located on the ground floor next to the reception area.
Room2: The Queen with Private Entrance
Medium size room with queen-sized bed, shower and private door to the courtyard. Located on the ground floor.
Room 3: The Super Queen with Private Entrance
Spacious room with queen-sized bed, standard size bath-tub and shower on top as well as the private door to the courtyard. Located on the ground floor.
Room 4: The Ground Deluxe Queen
Medium size room with queen-sized bed, big bathroom with a separate big bath-tub and shower. Located on the ground floor.

Room6: The Upper Superior Queen non-smoking
Spacious room with a queen size bed with a shower. Located on the first/upper floor next to the staircase.
Room7: The Upper Deluxe
Spacious room with queen-sized bed, big bath-tub and shower on top as well as garden views. Located on the first/upper floor.
Room 8: The Superior Deluxe
The Upper Superior Deluxe non-smoking spacious room with queen-sized bed, shower and outside street and garden. Located on the first/upper floor.
Room9: The Cosy Queen Queen
Cosy (small) room with queen-sized bed, shower and balcony with outside street views. Located on the first/upper floor.
Room 10: The Premium King or Twin with Table Mountain views
Big size room with a king size bed which can be converted into twin size beds, huge shower, balcony with street views as well as views of the Table Mountain. Located on the first/upper floor.
No Refund:
Any cancellations 14 days prior arrival and “No shows will incur a 100% charge of the total amount paid.
50% Refund:
Any cancellations 21 to 15 days prior arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total amount paid.
25% Refund:
Any cancellations 30 to 22 days prior arrival will incur a 25% charge of the total amount paid.
10% Refund:
Any cancellations 31+ days prior arrival will incur a 10% charge of the total amount paid.
Important Note:
- Rates/prices may change from time to time due demand and seasons.
- No refund for departures earlier than the originally confirmed departure date.
- We offer lodging only OR lodging and breakfast packages.
- We offer a continental (cold buffet style breakfast) and full English breakfast (hot breakfast) on request at R150.00 per person OR English breakfast only at R90.00 /R105.00, dependent on menu choice.
- Breakfast is between 7am and 10am daily.
- Free Wi-fi on-site.
- All the rooms are wall-to-wall carpeted.
- Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests (2 adults OR 1 adult and 1 child).
- All rooms are en-suite with the following facilities: Complimentary tea/coffee stations, Smart TVs with DStv and Netflix, Hairdryers, air-conditioners
- There is safe in some rooms
- Laundry is outsourced at an affordable fee.
- Free parking on-site on first-come, first-served basis.
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00 (prior check-in can be arranged on request).
